Multi-currency is a feature that allows you to make international payments from your platform in any currency, without the need for any cross-border chargebacks or foreign exchange fees.
2. What does “remote deposits” mean?
Remote deposits allow you to make online payments through the Nymbus payment gateway. This is our method of accepting payments over the internet (an alternative to paper checks). You will be able to receive a receipt on your computer, tablet or mobile device, so you can immediately send confirmation and invoice details back to your customer over email.
3. Why do I need multi-currency?
Having multi-currency allows you to accept payments from your customers in any currency. The better part is that multi-currency only requires additional setup, and no additional cost. If a customer pays you in a foreign currency, it will automatically be converted for the payment received into your local currency.
4. What does “chargeback protection” mean?
Chargeback protection is the ability to recover fees from an unpaid invoice after the customer has disputed it by initiating a chargeback. With chargeback protection you can use the unpaid invoice fee to recover the cost of the disputed invoice.
5. What are “remote deposits” used for?
Remote deposits allow you to receive payments from your customers and send immediate notification to them (via email). This is a valuable feature that allows you to send well-rehearsed invoices and quotations without your customer having to provide a physical check or money order.

A remote deposit is a way for you to store money in your bank account using our payment system. It’s basically an online bank account. We accept your money and you keep track of it through our system.

Analytics is a service that allows you to link to your existing software (such as bank accounting software) and lets you see in real time the same information available in your bank statements.
8. What are “custom analytics”?
Custom analytics allows you to link to specific software modules or third-party apps, instead of using the default setup (which includes Base-line, Business Intelligence Solution, WebPOS, Infusionsoft and xTuple ERP).
9. How do I sign up for the Nymbus Insight service?
To sign up for the Nymbus Insight service you will need to provide the following information:
• UID of your client;
• Operation type (PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts);
• Country where you want to use the service from;
• Type of report. There are over 40 different reports available, depending on how you want to view your details. The most popular reports are daily and weekly.
10. What is the Nymbus Insight dashboard?
The dashboard is a user-friendly tool that allows you to view statistics about your business in real-time. You can see your sales, check on refunds, and view the number of payments you have received. You can also keep track of transactions that are currently being processed.
11. How do I link to my existing software?
You need to create an API Link and input the required information. This will allow you to get direct access to your data in real time without any delays.
12. Can I use Nymbus Insight reports?
Yes, reports will be available in PDF format (you can choose between HTML and Excel). You will also have access to advanced reporting options, such as:
• Performance reports that highlight spikes and slumps in sales;

Nymbus Insight supports both Web and Mobile platforms. For mobile support we require iOS 6 or Android 4.0.
15. What are the system requirements for using remote deposits?
To create remote deposits you will need to have an iPad and a Mac with OSX 10.7 or higher installed, and an internet connection that allows for sending and receiving emails (SMTP or 3G/4G). You will also need to have a desktop PC connected to the internet to receive the email notification from our system.
