People don’t think about this as much as they think they should. We think we should have a full wardrobe, or a closet of all our clothes. The truth is, we don’t really need to have a full wardrobe. If we do, we’re likely to overdo it, wear it too much, or get in the way of our outfits.
I think that we, as consumers, have the most control over how we store our clothes, but the truth is that we really don’t need to have a full wardrobe. It’s a false dichotomy. If you have a closet full of clothes, you’ll probably have more clothes than you know what to do with, and you’ll wear them all.
I think that the majority of us have a general idea of what we need in order to be comfortable in our own skin. So we store our clothes in closets. Some of them are just “closet closets”, but a closet full of clothes will have the exact same set of clothes on it, and will probably be pretty well stocked with them. However, our closet is nothing more than our own personal collection of our own clothes.
At this point, I’d like to be generous and say that most closets are actually pretty neat because they are full of clothes and you can literally run through them as fast as you can run through your own closet. This is nice because it means that you don’t have to have a lot of clothes in your closet and it means you can actually wear those clothes more often so you don’t have to be in them all the time.
It makes sense, but it is also a little annoying because you have to have a whole bunch of clothes that you dont wear in your closet. Also, you have to wash everything in the laundry room every single time, which is a pain in the ass. Oh, and do you know that you have to pay to change your clothes in the laundry room? It is like a national crime.
Yeah, the clothing storage cabinets are a pain. They also make it impossible to be able to dress without constantly being tempted to go shopping at the mall. Which is why it’s a good idea to be able to dress in your own clothes whenever you can. We don’t think the clothes storage cabinets are a bad idea, but they are a little annoying.
And yes, even in your own personal closet it is nice to have clothes that are a little more durable than clothes you buy in the mall. The clothes storage cabinets are just another way to do it. For example, there’s a little plastic container that you place in the closet and it stays put until you’re ready to dress yourself. For the people in the video who have that container, they can’t have their clothes out in public.
The containers are a solution for the one who can’t take the clothes out of their closet because they have to put them in the closet when they come to the office. But they are a bad idea for the one who just wants one place to stash their clothes and not be bothered with changing things in the closet or messing with the closet. For this latter person, it might be nice if they could just stick them in the cabinet.
A great solution would be a clothes storage cabinet that is only open for the purpose of the person who uses it.
A more traditional solution would be a shelf. But for this last person, it might be nice if they could just stick them in a clothes locker. So for this one, though, it might be nice if they could just stick in the cabinet.
