If your brain is constantly checking on your hunger, then your body is constantly hungry. If your body is constantly hungry, then it’s constantly stressed.
That is why I am always starving after a long day of working. On top of that, my body is always hungry. I would just love to eat a cookie now.
So what happens when you’re on a diet? What are the foods you should avoid? Well, it turns out that if you’re a person who always wants to eat, you might want to avoid the food that is most likely to make you sick. That is, instead of avoiding foods that make you hungry, try to avoid foods that make you sick. So, if you’re stressed, you might want to avoid meat. If you’re stressed, you might want to avoid fat.
