I’m always on the hunt for fun and attractive decorative ideas to add to my kitchen. That being said, my favorite place to put it is at the countertop.
My go-to countertop in the kitchen is this lazy susan from KitchenAid. It has a big round base that is covered in a rich, glossy paint color. From there, you can paint the top in any color you want. I also have a fun little countertop that is a big square base covered in a metallic red paint. It is not too fancy, but it works really well for decorating my kitchen.
This is a great way to add color on a counter, it’s just a matter of getting it right. In my kitchen, I have a large piece of stainless steel with a glossy surface. I paint all the surfaces with a dark red paint. If I want to make a change, I can remove all the food stains and repaint the surface with a glossy black paint.
I think the two tips I mentioned earlier about using the same paint color for the countertop and the table are great to get right. If you get your countertop and table painted the same color, the food stains will come out pretty much instantly. It doesn’t take much to ruin a shiny surface.
I have two tips for painting kitchen surfaces, however. First is to use a dark paint to paint your food stains. This dark paint will not come out unless you use it a lot. For a good countertop color, I would recommend using a paint that is black. There are a lot of dark colors you can use to paint the countertop.
I have found that if you paint your kitchen surfaces with a dark color, then you can paint your food stains with a white paint to make it easier. The food stain will come out pretty quickly, but it will not come out all at once if you paint the countertop the same color. I have found this to be true for my countertop, my bedsheet, and my table.
Another good countertop color is something called “decorative lazy susan.” Not only is it a great color for countertops, it’s also a good color for food stains. I usually apply this paint on the bottom of my countertops to minimize the mess of using a brush for the food dye.
