I had a chance to see an amazing dvd shelf in the office and I wanted to share it with you. You might find this dvd shelf inspiring if you like to collect and organize old dvd’s, or if you are looking for unique ideas for storage in your home.
The dvd shelves are pretty much the same as they’ve always been. You can either put them in your bedroom, or in your office. Some dvds have a “shuffle” button that can be used to move them around. Other dvds have “delete” buttons that can be used to delete them from your dvd shelf, which you can then reposition with the button’s “reposition” button.
The idea behind the shelves is to keep dvds or movie discs out of sight in case of fire. The dvds are usually stored in a hidden place in your home, but if they get damaged, they can be moved into the dvd shelf or even into your computer.
The dvd shelf idea has only been done in one other video game, so there’s no guarantee they would work in this case. But we’re excited to see what other things we can do to keep dvds out of sight.
This might be a little too obvious, but I’m sure you’ve had the same idea at some point. In fact, the very same video game I mentioned earlier, Final Fight, has a dvd shelf concept too.
Of course, the idea is very similar to the idea behind the dvd shelf. Except instead of a video game, there are video game consoles. The idea is to have dvd’s go right into the dvd shelf in a hidden spot of your house. It’s a little harder to get, so try using some mirrors and/or a hole in your ceiling to see what you’re doing. It’s not terribly difficult to find a hidden spot, so just keep trying.
In the movie Deathstroke, a character was seen taking dvds out of a hidden dvd shelf in the basement of his house (you can find the scene, which was from the movie, on youtube). I guess in the end Deathstroke was able to hide the video game consoles in his basement just by the fact that he was such a good gamer.
I have to agree with the sentiment of your quote, and would probably do it in a different way. But I could see it being a really big part of the game. The way to do it is by looking at things from a different perspective and seeing how something can be done from the perspective of someone else. I think this is especially valuable in storytelling for video games.
I don’t know if I could get a list of all the things you could say in a video game, but I sure could make a list of great tips for how to use a dvd shelf.
