The work of a frontier works organization is about setting your goals, making plans for the future, and putting together the resources and people you need to get you there. It is only after you start your organization that you can take care of the specifics of what needs to happen to achieve your goals.
They do this by creating a vision, which is a set of goals and a plan for achieving them. The vision is what you will tell people about what you care about and what you need to accomplish to complete your goals. This vision can also include other people’s visions of things they want to accomplish.
The vision is then used to help you build your people. Once your people have a vision, they then start to put in the resources to get it done. This includes money, equipment, transportation, and more.
Once your people have a vision, you can then take care of a lot of the work itself. But there’s a bigger part of the process that I’ll call “the creation”. This is all about creating a team that will help you accomplish what you have in mind. Everyone has their own reasons for why they are on this team. A group of people that work as a team will usually have other purposes besides helping you accomplish your dream.
In the past I’ve talked about the concept of the team and the group mind. The group mind is similar to the team but the focus is on people rather than activities. A team is made up of a set of people, a group of people who are bound together by a common goal and will work together to achieve something.
The team mind is a type of group mind that’s used for groups of people who are in a group effort. A group of people who are all on a team is similar to a group of people all having the same goal. When you are trying to get a group to achieve its goal, you are looking for individuals who are able to work together to accomplish their goal. The group mind is a very powerful tool because it allows you to overcome your own tendencies to self-centrism.
Most organizations have their own ways of accomplishing their goals, and this is true for each of them. For example, a school’s goal is to teach students how to read. Each of the students is going to have their own way of doing this, and each of them will want to achieve the same goal. The same cannot be said for organizations, at least ones that are trying to be organizations.
In contrast to an organization, a group is a collection of individuals with similar goals. If they’re all trying to accomplish the same goal, then each one does something in his own way that is different from the others. If it’s the same goal, and they all want to achieve it, then they all achieve the same thing. The result? Each individual group can accomplish the same thing but each is doing it in a different way.
I feel there is a great deal of room for individuality in groups, and the lack of individuality in organizations can be seen as a weakness. In an organization you have the goal and the means to achieve it. You are the one who determines the resources available and the direction of the project. In an individual group, the people will do what they think is right, even if it is not the way the leader plans.
Frontier works is a great example of how to do things in different ways. The game is played through a series of checkpoints where the person with the most points wins. In Frontier, the points are based on the player being able to achieve specific goals and the player’s role in the group. In the game, you are in charge of the group, but you can’t make decisions until you’re in the middle of the mission.
