Fitness has incredible benefits for your mind and body even if you are already unhealthy — so don’t think that starting out slow is the only way that you can get into shape! Start out with a thirty minute workout in the morning before you go about your day — and then spend some time relaxing or meditating afterwards.
5. You Don’t Want To Have To Pay For It
That’s right! Unlike food — exercising costs money. There is no free lunch when you start working out, but it is much cheaper than eating badly and being sick.
