The second most important thing about Ayurveda is that you must have daily oil rubbing (oil massage) . This is the most powerful way to stimulate your immune system and detoxify your body. The oil rubs should be done for two minutes twice a day. This can help prevent illness before it even happens by getting toxins out of the body.
