What does this mean? If you’re constantly trying to accomplish something, you have a tendency to stop and give in to “that was easy,” or “I don’t have to think about it,” or “I didn’t do that.” The problem with that is that it doesn’t set you up to succeed.
Just because you can stop and ask yourself “what if?” doesn’t mean you should. A lot of the people who have bad habits tend to think that when they stop to think or do what is easy, they should not only succeed, but they should even out the competition. In reality, the people who want to stop and do what is easy are the ones who are most likely to succeed.
Like it or not, this is how many of us work when we can’t do what it is easy. I used to be able to do things so easily that I rarely had to look at my phone. But now I find myself having to spend an hour walking to my car in a high-stress job because I can’t stop checking for an email address.
The problem is that this is all just a part of life. If you work in a job that is not easy, you are not just a member of the club, you are part of the problem. So you need to get better at taking care of yourself.
Not to be a downer, but I have found out that I have to take care of myself. It took me a long time to learn the value of taking care of myself. I used to be someone who just did what was easy. I would do anything just to get the job done. I could do this because I would do it easy, but that was not me.
I think this is a very good example of what I’m talking about. I spent my formative years doing things I was good at or that I liked. Things like, I would work out six hours a day at the gym, and I liked to lift heavy things. I would do this because it was easier. I am the type of person who likes to do things that are harder (or easier) than they need to be.
You can’t really do any of this because you’re lazy. If you want to do something, then you have to do it like most people and do it because you like it. Or if that’s a bad thing, then you need to do it because you think it’s fun and you want to do it. But even then you can’t really do it because you have to do it for you.
I know what you’re saying. I like to lift heavy things and I like to do things that I am told are difficult or hard. I actually like doing things I’m told are hard and I hate doing things I’m told are easy. I never like to do things that I dont think are hard and I never do things that I dont think are easy either.
This is a common argument from people who wish to do things that are out of their comfort zone. This is why you’ll hear people say that they “like” doing things that are difficult (or hard). Because doing something is not easy. It’s not fun. It’s not fun and easy. It’s hard and there are no easy answers. It’s not easy to be a black belt in karate.
Most martial arts aren’t actually difficult. They’re more like a “reaction” to a hard martial art and its movements. This is especially true in the martial arts of the past. In fact, one of the primary reasons the Japanese Karate Kid is so appealing to me is because it’s not supposed to be very difficult.
