We all want to have healthy and shiny hair split dye red and black curly hair. But with so many hair care products on the market, how can you figure out which product is best?

A lot of people make the mistake of thinking they need to buy an expensive product or a product filled with chemical ingredients. But that’s not true!

1. Expensive Hair Care Products:

A lot of people think that expensive hair care products are better than inexpensive products because the ingredients are purer. But research has shown that a product’s ingredients have nothing to do with how well it works. So what good is it to spend more money on a product?

2. Chemical Hair Care Products:

Some people worry about chemicals in their hair care products, but there is no evidence that any truly harmful chemicals are used in hair care products. In fact, even foods and drinks we eat and drink every day contain chemicals!

3. Shampoos :

One common myth is that you should use different shampoos for oily and dry hair. But there is no good evidence to back up this claim.

The truth is that shampoos that clean your hair well are the ones you should use, regardless of what type of hair you have. If a shampoo doesn’t clean your hair well, it will leave oil behind on your scalp, which could make your hair look greasy. Just choose a shampoo that’s made for people with dry, oily or normal hair , or one targeted at treating dandruff or another problem, and follow the instructions on the bottle.

4. Conditioners:

Another common myth about hair care products is that conditioners aren’t as important as shampoos. But what people don’t realize is how conditioners protect hair cuticles and help make hair softer, shinier and more manageable. Conditioners are essential for healthy, shiny hair.

5. Deep Conditioners :

A lot of people think that using a special deep conditioner will make their hair look silkier (even though they won’t). But most conditioners aren’t made to change the texture of your hair. If you really want to use a deep conditioner, just follow directions and always allow your conditioner to sit on your hair for the recommended amount of time.

6. Hair Spray:

Another common myth is that hair spray won’t damage your hair. But the truth is that all hair care products can damage your hair, if you use them too often or not according to directions. Hair spray can leave residue on your scalp and make your hair appear dull and dry. The good news is that there are now safe, gentle products on the market today that won’t damage your hair.

7. Styling Products:

Just about anything you put in or on your hair can cause problems if not used correctly! This includes styling products like mousse, gel, wax and hairsprays. The most important thing is to make sure the product doesn’t contain alcohol (which can damage your scalp). If a product does contain alcohol, make sure to follow directions carefully. To keep your styling products from causing damage, follow the directions on the bottle. Before using any styling product on your hair, always comb it through with a wide-toothed comb.

8. Hair Extensions:

Hair extensions can look beautiful and are a great way to update your look or solve hair problems. But it’s important to do your research before getting extensions! If they are attached with glue, they could damage your natural hair by pulling it out of place and damaging the cuticles (the protective outside layer) of each strand. Look for hair extensions that are made of real human hair and are attached with specialized tools.

9. Conditioning Products :

Using conditioner itself won’t make your hair healthier or shinier. What is needed is a product designed to cleanse, nourish and protect your hair (without making it oily). Look for a conditioning product that has no alcohol in it, is sulfate-free and has no silicone in it. Sulfates in products can leave harsh chemicals that can build up on the surface of your scalp, which can make your hair look greasy – not healthy! Silicone can also clog pores, leaving buildup on the surface of your scalp.

10. Hair Dyes:

Another common myth about hair care is that if you dye your hair a bright color, such as red, then you shouldn’t wash it with shampoo. This is because people think that shampooing will wash away the color! But the truth is that colored hair has color molecules in it. Shampoo will not remove those molecules, so red or any other colored hair can be washed with shampoo. If you don’t wash your colored hair for several days (or weeks), the color can fade away and will need to be redone.

11. Chemical Treatments:

If you want healthy, shiny hair, avoid chemical treatments because they damage strands and make your hair appear dull. Both permanent and semi-permanent hair straighteners, as well as hair relaxing products, contain harmful chemicals. If you want to relax your hair temporarily, try relaxing cream products instead.

12. To Clarify Or Not To Clarify?

Some people think that using a clarifying shampoo once a month will help keep the oil at bay and make their hair look shiny and healthy. But actually, wasn’thes are made to remove all of the product buildup from your hair. Using them regularly will remove all of the natural oils needed for scalp health and can leave your hair looking dry and dull!
