The Spanish word “organización” means “order” in Latin, and the Spanish word “agrupación” means “council”. These two words mean different things in English and are used to describe different things, so that, for example, a “council” may be a group of people who meet to discuss some issue or plan some business. A “council” can also be a group of people who have similar views on a particular topic.
Organización is what a group of people meets to discuss issues and plan ideas. Agrupación, however, is something you can also describe as “a group of people who all agree on many things”.
In the case of the Arkane Studios, they are an organization that have met to discuss some issues and plan some business, as well as to create some cool new weapons. It does seem like a place where we can all agree to go and discuss some issues and plan some ideas.
I get the feeling that organization in Spanish is something they use in the game. They haven’t made any statements about the meaning of organization in the game yet, but from what we’ve seen so far the organization is more of a tool to be used within the game. Perhaps the game’s creators are attempting to give players a way to form their own ideas of what that means.
I guess that makes sense. I think in other games the point of organization is to give players a way to put their ideas into practice. This is the point of the game, after all, so the goal of organization is to get your ideas implemented, and it sounds like they’re aiming to do just that.
The game itself seems to be organized as a series of little quests, so perhaps that is a good way to organize the game. We don’t know yet, but we assume it will be.
The game is quite simple in that a player can either lead a group of ten or more people who together attempt to accomplish a single task, or they can choose to lead a single player in a team. Either way, the game is very much a solo effort.
