I’ve written many articles on organizational theory and philosophy that seem to be helpful in all sorts of situations. I just didn’t think I would need to write a whole new one, so here goes.
According to the most basic of definitions, the key to organizational success is to use the right tools. This means that everything needs to be organized in a way that makes it easy for people to work together and that makes it easier for them to find information. There are lots of ways to organize information on the web, but some are more intuitive (like folders, or using tags) while others are more advanced (like search engines).
The easiest way to organize is with folders. A folder on your computer is a series of files that you can organize like a file cabinet. With folders, everything is easy to find and quickly find what you are looking for.
Folders make it easy for people to find information on the web. They are organized by categories so you can see what you are looking for as you browse. You can also create sub-folders and nest them inside your main hierarchy. For instance, you can create a folder called “My Videos” and you can set up your folders to have sub-folders.
Folders also make it easy to remember what you need. It is quite hard to remember what you need each day for your business, even with the help of a to-do list. So with folders you can have them easily remind you of the things you need to do on a daily basis.
There are also categories and sub-categories, so you can have general categories like: My Videos, My Blog, My Sites, My Products, My Clients, My Clients, My Partners, My Businesses, My Businesses, My Businesses, and so on.
Folding paper is great for that. Folders are perfect for notes, and for making folders for anything you want to keep in them.

The other day I was reading through a really cool article on the subject of how to organize your files, and I came across an interesting thing. The author says that the best way to organize your files is to put them in a folder, and just sort by their name. When you do this, the files get a common and easy name to go with them, and they’re placed together in the same folder.
