This is a video I have been dying to share with you for such a long time now. It’s about the different levels of awareness we each have in life. It’s a very insightful overview. You’ll see that we each have three levels of awareness. These levels are also known as the “three eclairs.
The first level of awareness is the non-awareness level, when you’re not even aware of your own mind. It’s where I believe the majority of us live. We’re not really aware of the things we’re doing, the feelings we’re having, or the decisions we’re making. We’re not aware of what we’re wearing, or what we want for dinner.
We are all here for a very good reason. The purpose of this website is not to give you a list of things you should do in order to live a happy life, but to help you use your own awareness to understand the things that matter in your life. To help you become aware of your own feelings, actions, thoughts, and choices.
So let’s get you ready. In this short break, we’ll take you through some of the tools we use to help us understand the things we’re doing, the things we’re feeling, and the decisions we’re making.
First, we start with the tools that we use to do the things we want to do, the things we want, or what we want. We use tools like the “mind-map”, the “task-list”, the “action-plan”, and the “goal-plan”. These are all tools that help us to create a logical structure to our life so we can understand what we want and need.
The mind-map is the classic tool for mapping out our ideas, our plans, and our desires. In a nutshell, it’s simply a visual representation of the things we want. When we use the mind-map we create a visual representation of what we want. The idea is simple – we’re trying to visualize a desire or need in a way that makes it easier to understand.
The mind-map is not a perfect tool. It can be very cluttered and difficult to make out what we want. The goal-plan is a tool to help us focus our thoughts and plans on what we want. The goal-plan is a tool to help us write the goals that we want that will bring us closer to fulfilling our desires.

I have to say, I’ve got to be honest that I don’t think I’m particularly good at visualization. The goal-plan can be a good tool to help us focus. It’s just that I’m not a visual person at all, and I’m sure that the goal-plan is not helping me visualize my desires or goals that are very clear. But I think that’s okay.
The goal-plan is a tool for people who want to get things done. In most cases, it’s not going to help you make a bunch of detailed decisions about how you’re going to do it. It’s really just a way of helping you get to the decisions you need to make. And that’s okay.
