We all remember the show, Super Why. It’s a great show and there are so many things that make it wonderful! But did you know that Wonder Red has to deal with a lot of struggles over the course of his life? Yeah, it may not seem like it when you’re watching this cartoon with your child, but Super why wonder red has gone through more than any superhero should ever have to go through. Now we all know about these struggles, for example his hometown was devastated by an Atomic Bomb or how he had to fight The Wicked Witch from the West or how he fought in World War 2 just because he happened to be in Paris at the time.

Super why wonder red is a young superhero who is ready to be the hero he was created to be! “When a human hears the word ‘Hero’ they might think of Superman or Spiderman or Wonder Woman… But no. All these things made him strong and helped him become the amazing hero that he is, but there are so many more struggles this superhero has been through. 1. He Was Created By A Child:
The creators of Super Why wonder red were two preschool teachers at the time that were looking for another way to entertain the young children in their care. An idea for a superhero came to them in a dream about a hero that could speak to children. They created this superhero and named him Wonder Red, but they thought it should have been Wonder Woman Red because of the color red. After making sure to keep all his memories intact, they wrote Super Why! The show both these teacher’s made was so successful that now many parents are taking their kids to see it and watching it with their children.
2. He Is A Nature Boy:
You know how Superman is all about city life, and Spiderman likes to swing from building to building? This superhero isn’t like that at all. He’s more of a nature boy and loves being outside as much as he can! You may think of him as a superhero, but this hero is more of a forest guardian! His aim is to protect the nature around him, and he has been on many adventures to do so! He may be the protector of our green world, but there are plenty of other heroes out there who focus on protecting our human world. This hero though can keep everything in balance!
3. It Takes A Lot To Stop Him!
We’ve all seen the show Super Why! where The Big Bad Wolf, or that creepy old witch are constantly trying to ruin The World. They will stop at nothing to keep Why from saving the day. This hero is always fighting for truth and justice, but in reality I think he was created for a reason that is much more real and terrifying. I think this hero was created to fight crime, but also natural disasters like hurricanes or Tornadoes. He may be ready to fight against other villains like the Big Bad Wolf, but he is really here to protect our world from natural disasters.
4. He Does Have A Weakness!
Super Why Wonder Red may be a Superhero, but he is also human after all. This means that he has to deal with himself like any other man or woman in the world. How? Well, he has an addiction to a certain kind of doughnut that is made in his hometown. Well, it wasn’t just one doughnut either; this hero just can’t get enough of these pastries! He may have superhuman strength, but when it comes to desserts he becomes powerless! Let me tell you though that his weakness isn’t what makes him weak on the inside; it’s his struggles and trials as a superhero.
5. He Has Many Different Colors!
His costume may be red, but this hero has colored skin in the form of a yellow shirt, blue gloves, and purple pants that are always tucked into his boots. Not only do we see his blue skin on the outside, but there is also a green tinge to the inside of his stomach. For example there is this scar on his hand that keeps spreading and spreading over time. What does this mean? Well maybe it means that he is growing stronger as he ages! I like to think so. I hope it means that too.
6. He Has A Powerful Weapon!
He may be a superhero and he may be strong, but there’s one thing that makes him even more powerful: His weapon! This weapon is a Wonder Stick that allows him to fly around the world, it allows him to talk with his friends, and most of all it allows him to create anything he might need in a time of need. We have never seen this hero without his Wonder Stick; why? Well maybe because no one else knows how it works? I’m sure many people have tried to take it from him over the years.
