The problem is that it’s hard to just be aware of your own actions, because so many of them are so ingrained in our culture. For example, when someone asks you to do something, it’s not like you’re gonna just sit there and say “yes” and be done with it. You have to make a decision, which may or may not be a good one. This is true for everyone.

For example, when you ask someone to do something, you may not remember that you asked them to do it just a couple hours ago. This is because so many of us have habits and routines that we find hard to break. This is a problem because it can cause us to make stupid decisions that may cause us harm. This is why self-awareness is so important.
It’s not that we don’t know what we’re doing. It’s just that we don’t know that we’re doing it until we try it. That’s why the best way to learn something is to try it, and then try it until you know it. If you always make the same stupid decision, you’ll never do anything well. So, before you think to yourself, “I need to change my habits,” think big for a second.
What this means is that it is important to try different things before you make a decision that has a big impact on your life. For example, I have a tattoo that is part of a logo for a local company, and I know that the logo is important so I’m probably going to make the decision to get the tattoo.
But after the tattoo is done, I have no idea what the logo means. So, I go to the company’s website and ask them what the logo means. They tell me that because the logo is so important to the company, it is probably the last thing I’ll ever have to think about again.
You’re not the only one, but people still have trouble getting their mind around what the logo means. It’s like the logo for a company or the logo for a brand. It’s hard to process this information, so you’re left with a choice of either: 1) not knowing what the logo means, or 2) not caring what the logo means, and just trying to live your life.
